San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong hosted the San Mig Beer Fest at the Annual Dragon Boat Carnival held last June 10 – 12, 2016 featuring key brands San Miguel Pale Pilsen, San Mig Light and Cerveza Negra.
Organized by Hong Kong China Dragon Boat Association and Hong Kong Tourism Board, the festival’s main events are the three-day intense dragon boat racing in Victoria Harbor and the San Mig BeerFest at the Central Harbourfront Event Space. Known as the longest-running event in modern dragon boat racing, the event brought together 4,000 paddlers from around 410 teams from 15 countries and regions.
Along with loud cheers and rocking live music, athletes and spectators enjoyed the ice-cold San Miguel Pale Pilsen, San Mig Light and Cerveza Negra. Adding to the excitement are fun-filled activities such as beer-drinking competitions, live performances from popular bands and celebrities, San Miguel Beer Bottle Dragon Boat Photo Zone, San Miguel Dry Land Dragon Boat Challenge, San Miguel Mini Kart Game and Giant Beer Pong.
